JFolder: :files: Der Pfad ist kein Ordner! Pfad: /customers

Hello Inch Team,

i have found your fantastic extension and decided to install it on my Joomla Website v. 3.6.1.

Unfortunately I recieve the following error, when I go to flex banners section: JFolder: :files: Der Pfad ist kein Ordner! Pfad: /customers...

Do you have an idea what went wrong and what I could do to solve that problem?

Thank you in advance!
Kind regards
Marc

Can you clarify which version of Joomla and which version of FlexBanner you are using please? There isn't a version 3.6.1 of either!

Hello,

the Joomla Version is 3.3.6 and the installed versions of Flexbanner "com_flexbanners_4.0.23" from the Joomla Website.
I have also downloaded the latest Flexbanner file directly from your Website and recieve the file "com_flexbanners_3.0.10", which I haven't installed.

I would appreciate your help.

Kind regards
Marc

FlexBanner does not use a path that includes /customers so I can't see how FlexBanners can be causing this. Do you have an extension that uses a directory that starts /customers and can you check that the folder it refers to does actually exist.

Hello,

I have found the solution. The folder images/banners was not created what has caused the error.

After adding that folder the error message is not visible anymore.

Kind regards
Marc
