Is there an HTML version of Flexbanners?

I use Flexbanners on a Joomla site and love it. Is there a version of Flexbanners for an html website.

No, it's a PHP application so wouldn't run as pure html. It also isn't available as a standalone anyway because it relies on the Joomla framework.
