Home page titles

Post by dave » Mon Apr 20, 2009 1:19 pm

Hello, I'm currently finishing up a bilingual Joomla site and am having problems getting the page title I want on the home page. All the rest of the pages seem to be able to take the title from the article title, but the home page does not. Whilst translating in JoomFish I noticed that the home page title as it is currently rendering at the top of the browser bar is listed under "System Parameters", but I can't seem to find any "system parameters" called out in the admin backend anywhere, including Global Config.

Can anyone tell me where/how the page title of the home page is set? Site is http://www.labetxea.com, mostly in Spanish still though English coming bit by bit.

Thanks,

Dave

It's a bit confusing because it can get set in a number of places. The one you probably want to use is on the Menu link for the homepage and it's in the Parameters (System) bit.
